Dear friends!

Please allow me to introduce you to the SGA «Gymnasium No. 2 named after Sh. Ualikhanov». It's one of the eldest educational institutions in the city of Qapshagai, working since 1968. Nowadays there are 47 full forms, 1127 students, and 103 employees in the school. The unique qualities gymnasium faculty has are consistent motivation for high-quality work and learning, the ability to rejoice in the general success and success of everyone in particular, and true optimism. The administration of the gymnasium and the teaching staff create such conditions that achieving success becomes uncomplicated. The mission of our gymnasium is to provide affordable quality education and upbringing to the maximum number of pupils. We want our children to be happy, healthy, and content. We want them to be confident, to recognize and build up their strengths. We want them to learn more about life throughout school learning. We will do everything in our power so that they will learn the basics of human dignity and mutual respect. We truly hope that every student will discover their inner talent and an area of genuine interest. We will help them understand their responsibility for the world around them, for their family, their school, their city, the present and future of their homeland, Kazakhstan. We aspire that they will not only be educated and well-brought, but also they will learn to build friendships, to love; to embrace the true culture and the intelligence of the greatest people of the country. Bearing in mind the well-known adage: "Pedagogy develops by precedents", we carry out one more mission, one more purpose — we create the very precedents that largely determine the appearance of the future education in our city and region.
